2002 - Reduced order minimum to just four items

2002 - Introduced value section, offering embroidered 100% cotton polos for just $15.95 and 100% cotton t-shirts for just $8.95

2002 - Implemented Customer Referral Credit to reward customers with a $25 merchandise credit for every customer referred

2003 - Implemented online order confirmation process, whereby customers placing orders are emailed electronic confirmations showing all order details, including logo colors for each style and color ordered

2003 - Implemented online shipment notifications to email customers their tracking number when orders are shipped

2004 - Developed a complete line of Ultimate Office Polos, specially designed 100% Pima cotton polos for less than $15 with the customer's embroidered logo. This also introduced our exclusive "professional cut".

2005 - Introduced our Washed Pima Jersey Polo, the first Pima cotton polo that small businesses could purchase for under $12.50 with their embroidered logo.
